No, not a sketch! A sketch is a skeletel foundation, a quickly made artwork that can remain a sketch. Fleshed out pencil art whether it is color or black and white is a painting done with pencil, or graphite, or color pencils. I have always disagreed when a full fleshed-out pencil work is called a sketch. The dictionary says this, too. Don't sell yourself short.
Definition: 1 a : a rough drawing representing the chief features of an object or scene and often made as a preliminary study
b : a tentative draft (as for a literary work)
